When your office is just around the corner from Joey Zaza’s, shouting the team a coffee is easier than organising a group order.
For R U OK? Day, K&L Gates and Citic Pacific Mining wanted to do something simple for their teams. Rather than coordinating dozens of coffee orders, they set up a Joey Zaza’s coffee tab and gave staff a voucher to redeem whenever it suited them.
The result? Good coffee, a reason to step away from the desk and an easy opportunity to connect with colleagues throughout the day.
Why It Worked
Located at 45 St Georges Terrace, Joey Zaza’s sits in the middle of Perth’s corporate district, making it an easy coffee stop for thousands of CBD workers.
Instead of one person managing a complicated coffee run, staff could pop downstairs, grab the coffee they actually wanted and enjoy a short break away from their screens.
No spreadsheets.
No coffee orders in the team chat.
No guessing who has changed milk preferences this week.
Just coffee, on the boss.
How Our Coffee Tabs Work
We’ve designed coffee tabs to be simple for offices and flexible for staff.
Here’s how it works:
- You decide how many coffees you’d like to provide or set a budget.
- We supply coffee vouchers for your team, clients or guests.
- They visit Joey Zaza’s at 45 St Georges Terrace and choose their own coffee.
- We keep track of redemptions and charge them back to your account.
It’s a simple way to shout a coffee without the admin that usually comes with organising one.
Perfect for Perth CBD Offices
While coffee tabs were a great fit for R U OK? Day, they’re just as useful for:
-
-
- Staff rewards
- Team celebrations
- Client meetings
- Welcome packs for new starters
- Corporate events
- Conference delegates
- Office appreciation days
-
If your office is in or around the Perth CBD, it’s an easy way to give people something they’ll actually use.
